I’m a first-generation Haitian-American.
Raised by a single mother.
I went to four high schools, five colleges… and I never graduated.

According to the data, I should be jobless. Depressed. On drugs. Disconnected. And to be real with you, I was heading that way.

We all know someone who’s still stuck there.
But something shifted.

I dropped out, not just from school, but from the limited mindset that was keeping me small. I stopped seeing myself as broken and started studying the science of behavior, emotion, and personal growth. That’s when I fell in love with emotional intelligence.

Fast forward:

- I’ve spoken to over 50,000 people across the country

- Partnered with institutions like Harvard University, Chase Bank, and United Way

- Became a published writer with Forbes and HuffPost

- And was honored on Color Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Power List

Along the way, I created The G.R.A.D. System™ a science-backed, story-driven framework that helps people break patterns, build purpose, and grow into emotionally intelligent leaders.

Because if I can rewrite my story so can anyone.
